An APC Chairmanship aspirant in the forthcoming local government election in Imeko Afon, Bldr. Wale Olorode has expressed shock over the death of the Chairman Ogun State Food Crops Marketing Board, Hon. Mathew Tade.
Olorode described Mathew Tade as one of the untiring pillars of support, a foremost party leader and one of the inspiring leaders in Imeko Afon.
Olorode, in a statement made available to GistIsland NG on Friday said the demise of the stakeholder was a devastating one
The statement reads, “Without a doubt, the death of Mathew Tade is a huge loss to the entire political class both in Imeko Afon and Ogun State at large.
“I extend warm soothing words of condolences to the Tade’s family, all party men, the people of Imeko Afon and associates across the State.
“We pray that the Almighty God, in His infinite mercies, accepts his soul and give us the required fortitude to bear this loss.”
